We designed and packaged a logo for Village Walk Skyline to fit their brand and industry.
BRAND GUIDE
Village Walk Skyline is where the height of modern sensibility meets an affinity for the great outdoors. Mountain top views, cobblestone paths, and echoes of birdsong illustrate your experience here. We knew the branding needed to capture this as well. Village Walk’s initials lended themselves to a mountainesque logo, and our colors were picked from the very landscapes of the Sierra Nevadas. The negative space used in our design emulates the interiors of the living spaces, while our intentionally placed design elements remind viewers of the natural beauty surrounding them.
VIDEOGRAPHY
Village Walk came to us looking for a an epic visual portrayal of the lifestyle afforded to the patrons of the properties they were building. It wasn’t enough to just show the new houses, instead they wanted to communicate a story to potential buyers. We did this buy capturing vignettes of possible memorable moments, mixed with the imagery of the properties themself.
