Sonoma’s Best Hospitality Group is a collection of unique brands reinventing the hospitality experience in Sonoma’s spectacular wine country. Their many properties have their own social media accounts, but our strategy starts at Sonoma’s Best HG. Based on our market research, we put together a social media guide that keeps SBHG’s properties aligned. We give guidance on types of posts, when to post, how the posts should look, how the voice should sound, and how photography can reach their audiences. We direct photoshoots and design social media templates that can be used by their internal team, when necessary. We continue to analyze SBHG’s social media engagement and adjust their strategy as needed.
